Expanding
awareness

David Icke

19 December 2025

David Icke is one of the most interesting proponents of simulation theory and even though he’s considered a looney/conspiracy theorist, some of his disturbing takes could well be valid.

In the interview below, which is compact enough, Icke dives into a number of issues and often cites reality as a simulation/matrix. Like me, he likes to draw parallels to the Matrix movie, which while fictional, probably does a pretty good job at explaining the world around us.

As is fairly common knowledge, humans can only perceive 0.003/4% of the electromagnetic spectrum. So what is going on with the rest? It is believed we live in a multi-dimensional reality and there are entities involved from the ground up that we have limited comprehension of. Those involved in drug trips (like DMT) or astral travelers often report sightings of an entity many term the ‘alligators’ (or ‘lizzies’), a race responsible for harvesting the lower vibrational energies that humans, and other living things, give off. That is why reality is constructed in the way it is, promoting conflict, deprivation, ego and general disharmony.

I am reading a book at the moment called ‘Bringers of the Dawn‘ and it says something to this effect too. Humanity is some kind of experiment involving different gods, not God with a capital letter. God, in the book, is referred to as prime creator, the quantum field at large, whose seeming task is to explore and create. The creator gods represent two sides, the original creators (perhaps where our divine spark comes from) and the lizzies, those responsible for hijacking the human interface, creating a predominantly lower-frequency driven world for their own gain.

At the risk of this post sounding overly depressing, I always like to find a positive slant. YouTube creator Jordan Crowder is excellent at doing this. Perhaps this constant battle of ‘good and evil’, ‘higher and lower vibration’, is just part of the duality game which is necessary for the evolution of the soul. It is through hardship and life education that we learn, after all. Robert Monroe was told by higher intelligences (on his astral travels) that life is a compressed learning school. As I’ve mentioned before, it sounds like we are quite far down the pecking order.

Back to Icke, in the video below he discusses other fairly disturbing subjects including shapeshifting reptilian entities and satanic cults involved in the consumption of drugs like adrenochrome.

Icke says that this simulation has been designed to keep us in states of fear and anxiety, perfect loosh producers for our reptilian overlords, but there is a way out. It is as I always discuss, ego-centrism and a focus on our own problems that reduce us to batteries when in reality if we expand our conscious awareness to something much greater and more abstract, we will become higher-vibrational and therefore much more difficult to feed off of.

He also rejects the general reason for reincarnation. He discusses the wheel of Samsara, a fundamental Buddhist concept, suggesting that it’s nothing but trickery to keep souls recycled and perpetually harvested. He believes there is an escape mechanism (rejection of the false light) and infinity awaits beyond. To me, it just seems like we are fragments of some kind of vast quantum field (God), and human life (the universe) represents a small pocket of this infinitely expanding consciousness.

It’s a really interesting interview that I recommend you guys check out.
