I recently came across a fascinating podcast, Third Eye Drops, by Michael Philip. He has interviewed many of the world’s most prominent voices on consciousness exploration including Danny Goler, Rizwan Virk and many others. The podcast explores esoteric themes like UAPs, aliens and the nature of reality beyond just the physical. I highly recommend those who are fairly advanced on their journey to give it a listen. Ironically I was warning against rabbit holes in my last post and this podcast is all about deep-dives into the unknown.

In this post, I want to focus on the Danny Goler episodes, the latest of which is embedded at the bottom. As you can glean from the evocative image of a Mantis, it involves some fairly bizarre claims. Danny is becoming well-known for his laser DMT experiment, which you can read about here. He essentially claims that after consuming DMT, with the use of a diffracted laser you are able to see code, which could be evidence that we live in a simulation. The key factor underpinning his claim is the consistency and rigidity in the code, which is reported by a large number of subjects that try the experiment.

The first podcast Danny did with Michael can be found here and sets an excellent foundation ahead of the follow-up. I think the first talk is more technical and paints a clear picture of Danny and his mission. I am going to focus more on his second podcast because it does a great job at fusing subjective psychedelic experiences with the spiritual path.

There is so much to unpack from these talks that it’s probably better to listen for yourself. Danny is obviously a seasoned psychonaut and has become extremely familiar with the DMT space. Many claim the space is even more ‘real’ than our reality, which psychonauts often refer to as the DMN (default mode network). In DMT land, Danny was shown that this reality is indeed simulated (after asking many times, his request was finally granted) and ‘they’ even showed him how it’s done from the ground up. He was also able to perceive that there is a hierarchy of entities involved behind the scenes, with Mantis beings ultimately in charge of our Earth-life reality. There is a vast array of cosmic beings out there and Earth life represents a tiny pocket of a much greater whole. I always liked Rizwan Virk‘s analogy that Earth life is like a disc for the Xbox, one of many games. The simulation at large is the console itself. 

What really got my attention in the podcast featured below was Danny’s ability to synthesize knowledge with spirituality. He talks a lot about vipassana yoga and doing retreats and recommended the audience try simple practices like meditation if they want to expand their mind. It isn’t all about taking substances to achieve higher states of consciousness. 

The key take from it was that all information is already out there, just waiting to be discovered. It isn’t some opaque mystery. The key, as I always talk about on this blog, is to surrender the personal self. Once you ‘get out of the way’ and start to open yourself up, information will naturally stream in. All of a sudden you become much more intuitive and a viable vessel for knowledge. You become available to receive information downloads. Psychedelics can certainly help in that process as can many more sober spiritual practices.

Danny believes that we are here in the Earth realm to try to bridge the gap between our lower and our Higher Self. Only through living selflessly and having a bigger picture perspective can you work towards becoming a creator. With power comes great responsibility and it sounds like this is potentially earned through spiritual evolution and being sincere on your path.

Another interesting point he made was that our fundamental purpose is to strive for oneness. Demons or perceived negative entities have denied this divine process. They refuse to accept truth and instead cling to the sense of a fixed, separate self. That is why perhaps they need to manipulate living beings for their sustenance. Danny said that you need to be open-minded with these kind of experiences because the trickster archetype is always trying to gauge your reaction to the ‘what ifs’ presented. The key is to remain flexible of mind and unflustered. That way you can eventually better discern truth.
